She plays Roblox and Fortnite with friends and of course, she was ecstatic with the pinkish color of the device, but better than that, after installing her games, they ran flawlessly. No lag, no getting booted out, just fine performance. There's enough USB ports, HDMI port, headphone port, plus an SD card slot. Not that she'll need them at the moment. I purchased this item as a gift for a family member who needed a laptop for online learning. After a couple of months of use, the family member stated: "I'm surprised at the quality; it's very sleek and easy to navigate. I use it for basic things like Google searching and streaming Zoom Workspace, and I really like it. I've launched multiple MS Office [apps] in conjunction with my work MS Office account and no issues so far!" At this point, I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for the best bang for their buck. It is NOT a gaming computer. Don't even think about it for that as its primary use. I’m extremely pleased with this device. I was somewhat weary of this new brand, but I remember when Acer and Asus were new on the scene, so I gave Nimo a chance. This laptop has been great for schoolwork. I am often in different locations and find it relatively easy to transport. It plays videos and music without much fuss and 16gb is enough to have background music or video while typing up a paper. The camera is adequate for video calls. There is a front facing light that is helpful, but surprisingly bright and a little distracting in certain lighting. The number pad is…interesting. It feels very cramped and is not the traditional set up. However it is functional enough if you are not doing a lot of computation. I am overall pleased with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone who simply needs access to the Internet and basic productivity apps. ... show more

This laptop came very quickly and was exactly as described. It is absolutely gorgeous. Set up was a breeze, with no problems whatsoever. This laptop is super-fast. The screen seems larger than 15.6, because of the layout of the laptop. Fingerprint scan works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with this laptop. Anyone like me worried about getting an "off brand" laptop, have no fear with this laptop or company. This was such an easy experience, transferring my stuff over to this PC. The PC itself is plenty fast enough for basic email, spreadsheets, photos, Teams meetings, etc. The 1TB of storage is great and the memory seems adequate for anything I will do with it. The screen is nice and large and the backlit keyboard is a huge help. My only complaint is that the backlit keyboard times out after 10 seconds (to save energy) and that does not seem to be adjustable. I contacted support and they were responsive to confirm that point. This is a very impressive laptop for the price point and with the 2 year warranty, I feel like I made an excellent purchase. ... show more

Great lap top BUT even better customer service! The first lap top we ordered wasn’t holding a charge. I reached out to Nimo, they ended up sending us a new one (even before we sent back the previous one!) the old one we had to have it “cleaned” before we old send it back because it had all of our personal information on it. I wasn’t doing a hard reset so Nimo said they would pay for a computer repair shop to do the reset for me. Nimo sent us a money order within two days of paying the computer repair shop and paid for the old lap top to be shipped back to them! (And they left a nice handwritten, personal note and ended it with the John 3:16 ♥️ Great job Nimo! ... show more

I ordered this laptop for a pretty decent price to do minor graphic design and advertisement tasks with. I am very happy with how well this computer handles those software programs and have not had a single issue with it yet. The only thing I wish was better is that battery life. It dies pretty quickly when not plugged in to charger, but other than that, no complaints ... show more
