Works great. I bought the 4500lbs just to use in the assist of moving things onto my trailer. It was easy to wire up and i love the wireless remote. Quality is decent, on par with their lights. I bought a cover for it, which i recommend if outside. It winched a 6000lbs piece of equipment up my trailer using a snatch block. Good bang for your buck and no problems yet.

The media could not be loaded. I've already tried to return this item (I received it just yesterday), but am unable to. This winch is just poorly built. It doesn't sit straight on the mount plate and it was missing the nut and washer for one of the battery contact posts. This company didn't even put their company logo in the right place on the line guide! The real clincher, however, is that it's wired incorrectly. When you hit the switch to let line out it takes line in and vice versa. It's wired backward. Poor workmanship all around. Watch the video that I posted. I'm not happy with Nilight and I'm not happy with Amazon.

Very nice winch, mounted and operates perfectly using wired and wireless controls. Mine arrived with the package and styrofoam in really bad shape, but luckily nothing fell out of the box. I plan to test it more but so far so good. Good initial quality.

It was honestly well built winch…my biggest downfall was the fasteners sent and the instructions sent. It was all not put together well. As well the rubber boots should have been all attached an easier to put on. I have bought several winches and would never purchase another one of these again!
