  • Great Camera
Awesome camera works 👍 like it's meant. Pictures are sharp, clear, amazing. Price is great, very light, and quiet. Smaller than the D780. Works great on a gymbal.

  • Easy to use and awesome photo quality! I Love it!!!
The photo clarity is stunning! The controls are intuitive and easy to use! I shoot in manual mode and all controls are easily available through the touch screen and also through my iPad via the Nikon SnapBridge app. I love this camera!!

  • A great camera...
Smaller and more compact than my previous Nikon DSLRs. The mirrorless camera is the way to go. The autofocus on this model is not the fastest but it handles most situations. The best camera I have used as a pro photographer

  • Nikon is BACK !
I've owned Canon, Sony and Nikon the past 35 years. Nikon was down and out for awhile, but their new line of Nikon Z's and the lens are amazing. I'm selling my Canon collection and holding on to my Sony for now. Looking forward to purchasing the Nikon z8 and more lens !

  • Go Mirrorless now!
I have been shooting DSLR For at least 8 years now. I love Nikon and the only issue I would have is focusing and recomposing. The new eye tracking for people and animals works great! Is it perfect no but it really helps with focusing at f1.8. I am happy with the larger MP for portrait shooting. I am upgrading from a Nikon D750 and D810. It is also nice having all the similar setups to include the menu system. ... show more

  • Next generation nikon
I bought this and use it along with my D850, both are superb for the work I do. However the Z7ii is even better at capturing bust mode pics, and it's autofocus is also better at eye recognition (even on pets) my primary subjects. The electronic viewfinder does take some getting used to, and Nikon has rearranged commonly used buttons once again. ... show more

  • Manual focus
This camera, Nikon z7 II, is being used for astro photography only at this time (attached to a Celestron telescope). It is ok so far. It replaces a D780 purchased from Beach a few days ago, that was defective. Beach has not responded to my requests to return the D780 for a refund. Please contact them regarding their reluctance to respond and refund. Before that I had purchased another D780 with the same problem. You sent me return labels and instructions. I returned that first camera via UPS and have not received a refund on that first D780. Amazon needs to pressure your suppliers to be more responsive. Rather not eat $4k... ... show more
