A no brainer to buy renewed
Set: Body
I already had one brand new z6ii and figured when I needed to buy a second body for professional work, I would buy through Amazon renewed to save ~$300. My camera came in the original box and looks and functions like absolutely brand-new. The other differences I noticed are a) rather than the standard outlet plug attachement for the charger, it came with a short wall cord and b) it had a slightly different sticker adhered to the lcd screen than my other z6ii had, noting something about the country of manufacturing and importing -- perhaps I got an international version, but the firmware was up to date so I am not concerned. With the extended warranty, I feel you can buy this camera through this program with confidence and put that extra money towards a lens.

Just like new
Set: Body
A great deal for the money it just didn’t come with the original box. But everything was included just not in the factory packaging. Which I had no problem with… the day it arrived all I had to do was download and install the updates from Nikon. I started putting it to work hours after I received it!

Great mirrorless camera
Set: Body
I really like the Z6 ii - I use this mostly for landscape so i cannot really tell on the autofocus for wildlife (i just got the Z8 for that - too new to review that one!) I think esp if you are upgrading from a crop sensor you will see a big difference in overall pic quality and ease of use for a Nikon DSLR user isn't too hard to be up and running within a short time frame. Good in low light.

A great camera
Set: Body
I bought this as a reconditioned unit. I put my F-mount Tamron 18-400 lens on it with an adaptor, and the pictures are pretty good. As soon as I got it, I shot (as a guest) two weddings in a weekend. I was amazed at the high ISO! Pics weren't great at 52000, but I could use a couple of them, with serious editing. It got me shots of flying planes and birds I couldn't get with my D7100. I fully expect that if I had a Z-mount lens, pix would be even crisper.
