I know these are women's shorts but no one really makes good gym/running shorts for men. Men's shorts are typically huge and clown-like. I originally bought a pair of these shorts at a Goodwill that was in the men's section but years later realized it was probably supposed to be in the women's section. I love these shorts because they have the underwear insert. I have a few like them and I'm never sure if I should still wear regular underwear with them. Well I don't now and they are SOOOO comfortable. The best for running, elliptical, working out, whatever. Love them so much that I bought two pair. I wear them when I play pickleball. They are comfy, roomy, and long enough without being too long. I wish they had pockets, but that is my only issue with the shorts.
