First of, all the functions on this product was good. Especially that it adjusts for near and far sightedness. Easy to use and light weight. If you drop it on hard floor it will break or crack. The bad is a no go for me. One. I’m a prime member. If you return this product you will pay for the entire shipping back to China. They may pay 3.99 of the total. Good luck on that…. Two. The description says that it’s a 7x magnification. It does not state if it is adjustable or set. The fact that it comes with a head harness and a helmet NVG Mount, one would think that it’s adjustable from 1-7xmagnification. It is not. Due to its high magnification you can not use it while walking…. Stupid design. Why the F would it come with a helmet NVG Mount but can’t walk with it?! Another company that doesn’t use what it makes…. China made crap. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO WALK OR TRAVERSE WITH IT. ... show more

the spotlight and camera on these are pretty crisp. i wish the eye cups on it were better but this is something you are going to set up in your hunting blind and not move. hence why its a manual focus. but, for what they are, they work fantastically.

    • Nice NV Binoculars... but Pricier Than Comps

From a quality and durability perspective, these night vision binoculars check the boxes on many features - They have a large, vibrant high definition screen, 4k video/48 MP image capture capabilities, 8x zoom, intuitive controls, and a range of up 2,000 feet wrapped in a durable housing that is comfortable to grip. From a form and function perspective, that checks A LOT of boxes in terms of features to look for on night vision devices; however, these binoculars are held back by a few factors. First, these binoculars have 8x zoom capabilities, which is lower than some other NV binoculars in the marketplace. This runs counter to the increased range these binoculars offer over many comparable sets of binoculars with a range of 1,000 feet - After all, what good is a heat signature at 2,000 feet if you can't zoom in far enough to get a feel for what it is? Additionally, at maximum zoom these binoculars also fall victim to the same pixilation and graininess issues of many NV devices when the zoom is maxed. All of that comes with a price tag of $180, as well, which is higher than many other devices with the same features and quality. As a result of the above drawbacks, this set of night vision binoculars doesn't quite reach a five-star rating. Its limitations and high price are ultimately barriers for this product given it doesn't offer better features or quality higher than those devices that come in at prices $50+ lower than this device. As such, it earns 4/5 stars, overall - A nice set, but a bit pricey for what it is! ... show more

    • Good Cheap Night Vision
I got only the night vision device with the screen, not the pricier set with the headstrap and individual eyepieces. And for the price, this is a really good infrared illuminating device. This unit sends out an infrared signal that is bounced back to the sensor, so it works in total darkness even if there is no other light source. This is a device where you definitely want to read the instructions first because the IR transmitter does not come on automatically. By default, the device works like "starlight" night vision trying to amplify any ambient light. But, with the press of a button, the IR transmitter comes on, and even areas in total darkness are visible. I tried this in my back yard, and the transmitter has 7 intensity settings, and on level 5, I was able to see into the trees fifty yards from my back porch. This unit comes with a micro-SD card for recording video (HD, FHD, or 4K) and capturing pictures (up to 12 megapixels) - though all the settings are configurable to maximize storage space. A great tool to have while camping, stargazing, or just being outdoors at night, particularly if you don't want to use a flashlight. Highly recommend. ... show more

For the price, it's hard to beat these little night vision binoculars for recreational use. As long as you don't expect too much out of them, you won't likely be disappointed. I was hoping to use these for spotting feral hogs at night, but the screen is pretty bright and and makes it hard to keep from spooking the hogs. ... show more

    • Best use is for the night vision feature
As a set of regular binoculars I prefer a traditional set to these. They do enhance night vision, but of course things appear somewhat grainy. I've used them to scout for wildlife at night - haven't found anything yet but I'll keep trying! The ability to record still images or audio/video is a plus. I've installed the included micro sd card so I can capture that wildlife, at least digitally, if/when I see it! ... show more
