Wow, it's unreal the detail you can see in IR mode. With just a couple button presses, I was able to zoom in on my rug and see fibers on the threads sticking out. I took it outside and was able to see my dog hiding in the dark (she's a tricky one). I also managed to spot an owl in the trees! I can't wait to take it on vacation and see more night animals. Really can't reccomend enough for the price it's crazy that I can see in the dark

Biggest issue is price. These are on the upper, if not top end, of price, and I don't see double the features for what is double the price. I have used them for a couple months now and they do perform well in low light situations and take relatively good pictures and video in you are not zoomed in too much. It does get a little grainy at max zoom, but that is not something you wouldn't expect anyway. The low light performance is pretty good and much better than my iPhone 14 for sure. The no light performance is only as good as the IR and that is only effective up to a 50 feet max. I like them for sure, but considering the price is nearly double what you can get others for, I am skeptical. Not sure I would spend this much when confronted with the competition. As far as quality and manufacturing? See below. The appear well designed and made, all the parts fit together well. They are nice and lightweight, but honestly, they feel cheap. It may be one of those situations where they should make them a little heavier just for the appearance of quality, but that is my opinion. The optics are good and the interface is easily navigated. Battery time is more than adequate and charging only takes a few hours from dead. For the price, the buttons should be a nicer soft rubber and not the hard plastic they are. It should also be water resistant, which I highly doubt it is. The carry case could be nicer as well. In the end, I think they are over priced. At this cost (just shy of $240.00), there should be a better finish to separate it from its competitors that just isn't there. A solid 3.5 - 4 stars simply because of cost.

I like how the zoom feature is on this. Used this for seeing what was lurking in my backyard at night. Have to get use to the focus being on the bottom .other than that works great for what u need it for. Update: works better than I thought even when it’s rainy still get good image

I like to try new things and I was excited to get these night vision goggles, and I was not disappointed because they work well. They are lightweight, come with a neck strap, and feature the viewing screen in the back with the lens located in the front, your controls are on top except for the focus which is located on the bottom towards the front left of the unit. The unit recharges through a USB C port located on the right side, this is also where you insert a TIFF card, mine came with the 32 gig card. Both these ports are protected by a rubber cover that seals well to keep out moisture. The unit also features Wi-Fi, you get a with this unit. The batteries are located on the bottom of the unit and have a removable cover which would make them easy to replace if ever needed also located on the bottom is a receiver to mount it on a tripod. It also comes with an app that allows you to view and remotely control it, I find this is neat if you’re going to use it on a tripod mount. For me, I found that there’s a bit of a learning curve to get everything just right if you are viewing at night and using the unit as a handheld device. I say this because the focus is located on the bottom and the other controls are on top, so getting your focus right might take you away from your subject for a moment. All that being said it is a great little unit it allows you to take videos and stills from the unit or the app, which are easily transferable to your computer. You can also use it during daylight which makes it double fun to use.

I acquired these binoculars as a novelty addition to my inventory. I now find that I use them more often than I thought and I keep them handy. While they do provide an impressive night time vision, the zoom function is far from perfect and requires care finesse my old fingers have trouble doing. The picture quality is fair to good but just good enough, too.

Amazingly clear full-color night vision. Thanks to its more advanced infrared properties. My hunter son will be taking this with him to his next hunting event. His night goggles have infrared but displays the greenish images. These goggles display full color as if it's daytime. My younger kids love looking at the dark beyond and then, using these infrared goggles to look @ the same area after. Then, I hear "wow"s and "oooh"s. I'm wowed by these myself and love the night security this gives us. We hear coyotes near our property at night occassionally. And sometimes they sound quite close but we can't see them in the dark. These night goggles lets us see exactly where they are, once we hear they're yip-yapping. Appreciate that this comes with an included 64GB microSD card to save videos & photos we snap on this. These images/videos can be shared via its wifi function but its app has to be downloaded to be able to use this. Not sure if I'll need the app since its easy to transfer these videos & photos on my computer with its microSD card. These goggles aren't that small or light. So, we use the straps to carry it around the neck. These night goggles are bigger than my son's but its rechargeable batteries last longer. Not sure how these will do in a humid and hot environment for hours though, when my son takes these hunting. Greatly recommended.

The quality of the visual is sharper than I was expecting. The zoom doesn’t distort the image as much as the zoom on my phone which is likely due to a better CMOS sensor. The best thing about these binoculars is the nigh vision. Colors aren’t as good as during daytime but the fact that there is color at all is impressive. These binoculars charge relatively fast for a 4000mAh capacity device. These work best during low light rather than total darkness. A huge improvement from using my phone camera.
