Loses 2* for poor audio recording & blurry video, even when you have the focus set @ the best setting. 1st pair of video binoculars that actually seem to record thru the eyepieces, so I’m planning on keeping these. Records in the Apple .mov format. I was able to get much-better audio using a digital voice recorder attached with a rubber band, but still had to figure out a way of running both video & sound on my PC using the VLC media player. Also, you have to turn off the audio on the binoculars, so you don’t get overlapping sounds. RECOMMENDED, as long as you’re aware of the limitations. I’d say that if you don’t need to record what you’re seeing, then use a regular pair of binoculars.

Here's three pictures of a frog statue on my front porch at night. First is with flash, second without flash, and the third through the nightvision. So you can tell from the pics it's an IR emitter kind of nightvision, not those old timey green screens. It has a nice feature where you can choose nine IR strengths. At max, it's good at least 300 yards, maybe more, that's all I could test. The instructions are good, and you'll want to read them. For example, there's a tiny off/on switch under the usb/card flap, and you need to turn that on first. Unfortunately, that's a few pages deep in the manual, not the first step or on the front cover, so slow down and give it a read. Oh, and contrary to what the manual says, there is a card included, and you can format it in the camera right from the menu options. These are fun, and remind me of Han Solo's scanner at the beginning of Empire Strikes Back. IT has a base for a tripod, or holes for a shoulder strap. They have MANY more functions than I need, And I might prefer a cellphone camera adapter to the built in camera features. The inherent graininess makes me wonder if they needed to include modes over 720, but you can shoot 4k if you've a mind to. The strongest suit to me is the ergonomic control layout, where everything is right under your fingers as you naturally hold it. That takes some work to get right, and they nailed it. I should mention, that while there is a cool mode to turn the button leds on or off, there IS a faint glow into your face as you look at the screen, so you are not invisible using it.

These night vision goggles are fantastic for anyone into hunting, surveillance or just curious about what can be seen in the dark. The large screen is 4K & allows you to zoom while maintaining a clear image. The multiple levels of IR allow you to adjust depending on the level of darkness. With a 32 gig memory card, you can't beat this bundle. They don't put off a light to the naked eye either.

I was intimidated when I got these. It looked really complex but after reading thru the directions, it's not so bad. They're actually pretty intuitive. We aren't hunting with these. Just wild life watching. We know we have lots of deer around but were really surprised to see how many other critters are checking out the yard! 3 or 4 skunks - Yikes!! - and several raccoons and groundhogs, even a few fox!! Easy to see them on the screen, not having to hold them to your eyes! Overall, very pleased!

This review is for Night Vision Goggles by WISHBETY. This set of binoculars is well designed and packed with features. It is powered by a rechargeable through USB type-C battery. Both the charging connector and the TF card are hidden behind a rubber cover that protects against dirt and to some extent, I assume, water since the unit is designed for outdoors exploration. The battery remained almost full for about a month without use – the unit powers down after an adjustable time interval. You might try to use a different, faster and larger TF card than included stock. Unit can be used during day-time and at night, where it provides support for night-vision and 9 levels of infrared IR (850 nm) vision. You might need to read the printed manual (I scanned it for a better read) to familiarize yourself with the features. Buttons are relatively hard to press but this has the advantage to prevent accidental changes. They are backlit in blue and this light can be turned off as per need. Videos can be recorded in 4K and photos can be taken up to 36 MP (megapixel) resolution. These are saved on the TF card. There is a dedicated menu button where you can access the various settings. One limitation is that date and time had to be scrolled in, that is, if your date in the 18th of the month you need to scroll backwards to it even though the preselected date is the 29th. Usually, scrolling up continues with beginning of the month date – not in this case. Video and image formats cannot be changed. Did not try to connect a USB type-C cable to transfer the files to a PC but the TF card can be removed for reading in a dedicated card-reader. When the space runs out, existing files are overwritten and there is no option to change this setting. Zooming is achieved through a button at the bottom of the unit. The bottom also has anti-skid feet so it can be sat down horizontally. It can also be tripod mounted. IR sensitivity can be changed to pressing buttons, up or down, on the right side of the unit. These binoculars are designed for right-handed individuals. Images and videos can be seen on the display. There is no image stabilization and taking a picture requires a button to be pressed – hence the risk of getting a shaken image. The night vision is good and day time images are clear. A neck strap and USB type-C cable are included.
