Now this is a fun toy to have.. since I was a kid I was dreaming of having something like this, like in the movies... found it on Amazon and happy that I got it. Not a bad price at all for it, it came fully charged so I got to play with it right out of the box. I like the way it came packed, really nice and it also comes it a neck strap, a sd card and a case to keep it protected. Looks like it’s built good, feels sturdy in hand and menu it’s easy to navigate. Clear nigh vision images. You can see everything around you clearly in total darkness.

Item did not work after opening the package took the binoculars out wanted to see if it would work on our land to be able to view anything at night, animals deer etc. Turn them on try to use them in the backyard once without attaching anything or pulling anything else out of the package. They did not work as described at all. Terrible zoom range says it was 1900 feet couldn’t see anything unless it was completely white, which was a barn door. Otherwise it was complete pitch black no real night vision in my opinion. Went to return. The item sent it back as the policy stated. They received it March 20. Was supposed to refund within 3 to 7 days. Called to ask why it hadn’t been deposited yet. They were trying to ask for another two weeks to work it through processing in their warehouse. This is a terrible company with horrible customer service. Would never buy from the seller again. Including the fact that the product is junk. Highly recommend not to purchase this item from the seller or at all.! Terrible business!
