Purchased for bedside nightstand. Seemed a little small when assembling it but after set next to the bed, it only was an inch and a half shorter than original nightstand. My daughter didn’t like the plugs facing the front so we just switched the bottom brackets, that hold the drawers, around to have the plugs on back side of stand and it worked out great. This stand was easy to assemble, the wood was nice, the stand is nice and sturdy. The cloth drawers are nice and come with a nice handle. The strip light is nice touch too. Easy to assemble. I really like the 4 drawers, lots of storage. The power strip and light is an added bonus. Would highly recommend this as cost is minimal and product is great looking and functional.

I'm glad I purchased this nightstand and love all the drawers. The lights keep turning on during the night and not sure why. Everyone that has seen it tells me that I installed it wrong because all the cord outlets are in the front, but I show them the picture and they are surprised. I was too when I was putting it together and it does seem a bit odd that it is not in the back or at least on a side. My cords are sticking out from it, but it is only my bedroom, so whatever. Having the cord plugs and the outlet are very convenient for me. Just to note, the usb cords are for different sizes, so make sure you check the description. It was not hard to put together, but lots of pieces. There was absolutely no instruction on how to install the lights, only how to use the remote. Purchase error, I did notnfully read reveiws before buying this item. I did not realize the drawers were cloth until we opened the box. Item was simple to assemble and my kid loves it, so we kept it, but overall sturdiness of this is highly questionable. If you plan to use the drawers then it won't last long at all, I advised my kid not to use them. It is cheap, looks nice in person, lights are awesome, drawers are goofy. ... show more

I know, I know. Another "almost burned my house down!" review on Amazon. Hear me out. I got this particular night stand because it was the only one I could find on Amazon that was exactly the height I need it to be. It was easy to assemble and is serving its purpose.. as a night stand. The plugs, though... I left a USB battery to charge off the USB port, only for about an hour. When I went to check on it (thank god I did), the USB cord AND port on the night stand were REALLY hot. Like, uncomfortable to the touch until I unplugged it and let it set for a minute or two. This isn't some fancy high voltage/capacity battery either, just one of the regular old slow chargers. Charged it a hundred times with no issue. I thought about leaving it plugged in just for the LED effects, but it's not worth the worry. It just uses a cheap adhesive LED strip anyway, that you could stick on yourself for next to nothing, and not worry about a fire since the skechy outlets are on the same lead as the LEDs. And have more light. And less wires in the way. I've decided to keep it - it is the dimensions I need, and honestly I really don't want to disassemble it and tetris it back into the box to return it. I'll probably chop all the wires off since they're just in the way at this point. tl;dr: it works as a nightstand, but the plugs are possibly dangerous. and right on the front of the table to constantly remind you. ... show more
