This mold is fun to work with and it looks amazing after you demold, the details are fantastic. When I first tried it out, I used an eco resin powder, at first it looked like the top was off on the bottom, where it fits the base, I thought wow gonna have to figure out how to prop that side up, but no after looking closer it actually matches the base, just need to turn it till it fits. I love it!

While the mold was full of resin it kept looking like it was going to tip over and fall. The pieces holding the wings up look slanted or unsteady. I finally just left it and hoped for the best. It set up very well, it came out beautiful but it was hard to get the tail out without feeling like it was going to snap off. I will keep using it though, i feel like you really have to work to make sure there are no bubbles due to all of the little crevices.

This is my favorite resin mold! I cannot stop making these dragon eggs. I have made 6 so far and can't wait to make more! I was worried I would have lid issues like some other reviews, but luckily I did not have this problem. The mold appears sturdy and of good quality so hopefully this means it will last a long time.
