I put these in dark hallways and in the bedrooms. The black plastic housings look like metal and you can't tell that they aren't without touching them. I bought 2-4 pack lights. One light doesn't work. I reached out to customer service by the number shown and it only goes to voicemail regardless of the time of day. I sent an email too and still no response. I will just return them all if I can't get a response for a replacement. A shame too, because these look great. UPDATE! Change the rating to 5 stars. Someone from customer service reached out and corrected the situation. All my lights work and these are gorgeous in the house. These are the best I’ve ever found. I love that you can adjust the light so that it doesn’t keep you awake but that it’s bright enough in two directions to let you see where you need to go.
