Here's what you need to know to make a successful UV resin project Nicpro uv resin contains anti-yellowing additives, refractive index 1.5 times higher, making the finished work more transparent than other UV resin. Our resin uv is self leveling and self degassing. Carefully and thoroughly avoiding forming bubbles, you will get aultra-clear resin projects. Made of premium non-toxic material, our uv epoxy resin features by low odor & food safe,no worry to use. After curing our UV epoxy resin will hard as rock, which the hardness after curing is 90D+. How to remove the bubbles You can remove the bubbles with a toothpick, and also can heat up the uv resin with a heating plate or using a heat gun. Why hasn't it cured after 4 minutes? If the resin glue layer is thin, it will be cured by shining a 36W UV light for 2-4 minutes. If the resin glue layer is thick, it will be cured for 6-8 minutes. Curing time is affected by factors such as UV intensity, glue volume and temperature. How long does this UV resin take to fully cure? It depends on the thickness of the resin projects you want to make and the lights you use (36W recommended). For small artworks like earrings and some keychains, it only takes 2-4 minutes per layer.
