The best thing about these strings are how nice they feel while being played. Next best thing is the tone you get out of them. These are great for slapping and popping but can also be used for nearly any style. The price point doesn't hurt either, so why not try a set and see how you like them?

    • THE WORST BASS STRING DESIGN EVER !

There are little or no winding's on the ends of these strings. They get to a point where they're just steel strands that will not grab on to a tuning peg. At least on the set I have. No matter how you put these on but the time you get to the "D" and "G' strings these just slip around the peg. Now I'm out the money and have strings that don't work and have to buy a new set of what I know will. ;Absolutely worthless set to me. ... show more

Upon completion of replacing my strings i noticed a slight volume drop, however i love the growl these strings deliver. Very bright and punchy with a smooth feel. I believe for the price they are a great strings.. Would buy again..
