My husband and I just received this couch and really like it! It’s comfortable, the material is nice and soft, and it adds seating to our space without taking up all the room. We are shorter people, so keep in mind that for taller people this probably wouldn’t be the best option. The back is very short. Fairly easy to assemble, lightweight, and a heck of a deal. I would love to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately two of the mounting brackets are missing and I cannot figure out how to contact the manufacturer about these missing parts other than writing this review and hoping they reach out. I’d be happy to amend my rating if I am able to get the parts that I am missing! ... show more

    • Horrible customer service exp
I ordered this sectional in blue initially. It was delivered and ended up having 2 right hand side pieces instead of a left and right. I contacted Amazon cust care and was told to contact the manufacturer. They gave me a number to call them. The number they gave me turned out to be the cyst care number for Target!!! 😡 I called Amazon cust care back and they agreed to just send me the 1 box with the pieces I needed and to send the wrong parts back in that box. I also had to wait 3 days and call back because the blue was out of stock until then. So 3rd call to Amazon cust care and they shipped out the replacement couch but bith boxes instead of just the part I needed. Fine.. About 5 days later both boxes show up. A few days later when I had time, I opened the replacement couch to find that it is a Grey and not blue one! 😠😡 I just decided to swap out the whole thing and have a Grey couch even though I wanted and ordered blue. Paced the blue one up in the boxes the gray one came in. That was a bitch of a job but got it done. 5th call to Amazon care to schedule UPS to come pick it up... I told Amazon cust care to make sure UPS had 2 labels since it is 2 boxes. They assured me all was fine. UPS just showed up with, that's right, 1 label and could only take half the couch. Call number 6 to azon cust care and I have been told UPS will be back tomorrow to pick up the other half! Bear in mind I live in a tiny 1bd apartment and have zero room to store these boxes so have been stepping over them for all this time. As far as the couch itself. Yes it's a bit low but it isn't too bad for a cheap couch. Fairly comfortable overall. Will never order anything large from Amazon again after this experience. Also, it is not velvet..
