Bought this for my sons Tao Cheetah 125cc. Bolted up no issues. I did need to take slack out of the original throttle cable, and order a new 48mm air filter, as the stock air filter is to small. Right out of the box this carburetor made the fourwheeler idle better than it ever has. With some minor tuning on the air screw it was running amazing, ( it now runs way better than when it was new). Now it starts easy, idles very consistent, and has a noticeable power increase. I have not changed the jets yet, but I think there might be even more power once I have this carburetor fully dialed in. If you have one of these chinese atv's you will be amazed how much better they run with this carburetor. 10/10 recommend! Well worth the price! Will be buying another for my other son's 110cc.

Installed on a kayo tt140. For reference i used the 115 main and put the needle clip on #4 and went in a 1/4 turn on the air screw. Im abt 500 ft above sea level. Engine runs like a dirtbike now instead of a lawnmower. Also im using the oem air box. The tube small so i shoved a 36mm socket in and let it sit over night. Afterward it slips right onto the new carb. The original carb is awful. No adjustment slots on the needle and who even knows what mains would fit. Theres no idle adjust and i dont even think theres and air screw tho maybe its under a brass plug. The nibbi looks great and operates smooth as silk.

Bought this for a taotao 125 that has a standard 19mm bore so I port matched with a deburr bit. Took me a long time to find the right jets to make it not run rich so I'll save you the trouble. I did a 35 pilot and a 92 main with the air idle about 2 turns out. She runs clean with dark golden plug color. Also has tons of upper end compared to the factory carb. Also the throttle cable is to long so I has to customize mine but I'd just recommend buying an aftermarket one with a better adjustment to take out the extra slack.

Switched to the Nibbi from the oem carb on our SSR 110 since the oem carb was essentially junk…the Nibbi swapped over easy and worked right out of the box…first kick she fired right up…the only adjustment I needed to make was a slight idle adjustment…she runs like a little scalded dog now…plus side is it does comes with multiple jets sizes and is easy to tune and the only downside is it doesn’t come with an air filter…I had to make a random one I found in the shop fit…I’ll update the review in a couple of months…

The media could not be loaded. Put this on a 2020 SSR 110. Was difficult to tune for me, had to buy different jets. Could just be my location. Quality of this carb is much better than OEM and once jetted properly the engine runs great. Dropped right into the bike for me.
