OEM Style quick connect PCV fittingsMulti stage filter system designed to collect the finest of vapors and drop them into the easily removable bottom while allowing clean air to pass through to the intake.How does it work?During the process of venting crankcase pressure back through your intake track, large amounts of oil, in the form of vapors can gather/accumulate in your intake tube, intake manifold runners and even dilute your gas, lowering its octane level. This happens in all engines and is even worse with forced inducted vehicles (supercharged and turbocharged) as crankcase pressures are increased. To combat this, we have developed an oil separator of our own design. Milled from solid billet aluminum this is a rock- solid piece. It has a knurled tank base for easy removal to drain the spent oil and an O-ring seal to prevent any leaks. ⚠This product is NOT CARB (California Air Resource Board) Exempt. It is not for legal sale or use in the state of CA or any other states adopting CA emission standards and require a CA Executive Order (EO) number. I always thought there were just a show peice but boy was i wrong i put one on my N/A 5.0 in my 2020 mustang gt and it does catch the oil that would go into the intake and gum up your motor! The machine work in the catch can is impeccable, the hoses and clamps are factory original quality, and it comes well packaged with simple instructions. I got this for my Mustang GT and it replaces the stock PCV hose assembly perfectly. I haven't checked whether it has captured any oil in the catch can but I've barely put 600 miles on the car so I'll probably check it after the engine is finished with the break-in. I suspect it should work as I've seen enough intake manifolds with oil deposits inside the runners, etc. This is supposed to keep them clean and free of oil from the crankcase ventilation system. ... show more

I installed this on my new 2019 Mustang Bullitt with only had 50 miles on it. It is a very nice quality, well made unit and will prevent most of the crankcase gasses and oil film from recirculating through my throttle body and intake.
