The vehicle worked great for a few months, but then it quit working all together and would not move or go into gear. The customer service was incredible they sent a replacement part it did not work, but they sent a replacement vehicle in the mail. I am very impressed with the customer service.

My boys love this truck! It is fast and the dump feature is awesome. I had issues about 3 months into having it and reached out customer service. They trouble shot with me. After replacing multiple things, they ended up sending me another. Overall, great customer service!

Purchased in 2025 and dump bed stopped working immediately. Last summer I had to replace multiple forward/ reverse switches, one pedal switch, two motor drives, and when I pulled it out of the garage this spring after fully charging the truck would not turn on at all. Luckily I purchased the protection plan and was able to get my money back to buy a different car (this time with front and rear suspension and 4x4) also through the same seller. Seller was always very helpful with getting parts, but my opinion is save your money and buy something else

Awesome! The truck has 3 speeds and it goes relatively fast.The LED lights are decently bright. And the dump body works. Great, we put some logs in it. And it had no problems unloading them having. The wireless controller is an amazing feature for multiple reasons. One of them being if your kid is a little too small to be driving on their own, you can still drive them with the remote, it also gives you control with the park stop button.

This truck was a hit with the family and was given as an early birthday gift. Very impressed with functionality, speed and capability. The leg space is pretty small so kids 5 & up might have problems fitting in. The seat belts need to be redesigned as they don't set right in the shoulder and not long enough to adjust the fit when wearing a winter coat. Our unit had a broken screw post and several screws missing from the undercarriage. The front steering mechanism was jammed up and took time to fix. How the steering column works with the steering mechanism could be improved as it rattles when you turn the wheel.
