Recently I bought on Amazon.com a 2013 c250 alternator and it suddenly stopped working. They answer me this... We do not cover any warranties on direct purchases from Amazon. When you buy directly from Amazon all you have is the Amazon warranty. Amazon took your money. We did not. They give you 30 days to return it. After that you will need to call them directly and tell them DB Electrical said there is no factory warranty and that they need to cover your warranty. Sorry about the troubles. ... show more

This product was defective when I ordered it called the manufacturer They said it was under warranty. Amazon will not replace the product not return the money replace the product. They’re the only ones with the product in stock.
