Description

This 86lb thrust trolling motor is designed to be used on pontoon and deck boats. Featuring a durable mount that can be bolted to nearly any sturdy, flat surface, A tilting and extendable tiller the user can easily control the boat from inside the deck fencing. This motor includes a 10 point LED battery meter to monitor the remaining battery life, 5 forward speeds, 3 reverse speeds, and an efficient 3 blade propeller (10" Diameter) for all day power. This motor is designed to be powered by a 24V system and paired with two (2) 12-Volt Lead- Acid Deep Cycle or Marine batteries connected in series (batteries not included).

I have to say I was not sure if this motor would work for my needs. I have an old pontoon boat used for a swim dock on a lake. We need to get it out to the middle and anchor it. We do get some strong winds and it can blow the boat across the lake easily. This motor worked perfectly and faster than I expected. I installed it on the back and reversed the handle direction. This did not seem to create an issue with the internal wiring and it maneuvers great. In fact we can scoot around the lake pretty easily. ... show more
