After my first-time use of the ab stimulator, I'm not skeptical, I really like it! It's very comfortable and easy to put on and use. The belt is quality elastic and velcro closure material, it's very comfortable and fits my 38" waist easily. It feels like it will last a long time. I have to admit I wasn't really sure what to expect at first with the sensations. Wet the inner silicone pads (I used distilled water) with the provided spray bottle, and strap the belt around your lower belly. You will get the best results if you trim/shave your abdomen for the best skin contact with the pads. The controller attaches magnetically to the belt. It works the same facing either up or down. The + button switches it On. It always starts on 0 power level, so you won't get zapped. You slowly increase the pulsing strength by pressing +. It gently climbs higher with 19 power levels. I got it up to 5-6 on my first try which felt so good after I got adjusted to it. The varied 8-mode patterns are well-designed, and you can switch them by pressing the M button. The power drops and gradually returns to your preset level again. I really like the muscle contractions which can be strong but pleasant. It doesn't zap or "bite" even at high levels, but your muscles will have stronger, harder contractions. If you have ever used a TENS unit this has the same kind of pleasant sensation. You adjust the strength to suit your comfort level. If you need to quickly shut it off press and hold the - button. The controller has a 20-minute shut-off timer. I started with a 5-minute first-time session, you want to increase gradually to avoid sore muscles. You should get about 15 sessions on a charge. A USB-C cable is included, connect to any USB power source. The LED will light to show charging which takes 2-3 hours. The LED turns off when done.

Not enough power or something. And you can’t send it t back ups because of the battery.

Good product! I’m not quite sure about end results as far as exercise goes, but if it’s placed properly on the muscle groups it’s works very very well. Battery life is great, after fully charged, and it’s been well over and hour and still powerful!

I love the modularity of the stim device and charging it but it's terrible at holding a charge for several days after charging. I've found I have to use it right away, not totally horrible for the price but there are several points where it's quality and efficiency could be positively increased. Update: The belt failed miserably 3 months after purchase and now I just stare at it and wonder if another model will fare better. But the charger still works.
