I love this so much! I usually use this cold to help me fall asleep and it stays cold all the way up until I fall asleep which is perfect. It helps relieve so much stress to just set this on my head/eyes and sleep. It also helps to get rid of headaches, puffy eyes, & eye strain. I love how there is a band in case I want to lay on my side. I use the soft side first then the plastic side once the soft side is not as cold. Both are different intensities based on how you feel but very comfortable either way. It came with a bag so it won't smell from storing it in the freezer if you use it cold which is super helpful. There is also a lil thank you note that is so cute! I highly recommend this for anyone who wants almost a spa like feeling before they go to sleep or just to relieve pain or stress

Don't waste your money. The material this is made of is just too thick to allow much COLD to get through, and if that weren't enough, it doesn't stay marginally cold for more than a few minutes. The dollar store had a small, old fashioned ice pack with a screw-on lid and fabric exterior that worked WORLDS better. Using crushed ice chips it stayed cold and was very comfortable for as long as I wanted. UPDATE: This eye compress has been sitting in my freezer for the past couple years without being touched... until last week. I have a terrible, ugly, itchy patch of plaque psoriasis on my ankle and nothing I've tried after multiple docs prescribing creams and ointments has worked. My daughter happened to see the eye compress one day while visiting and when she saw the itching driving me crazy (with me wanting to SCRATCH IT), she went and got the eye compress and wrapped it around my ankle, shiny side against the lesion and secured it in place with the velcro elastic bands. It fit perfectly against the lesion AND, most importantly, stopped the itch IMMEDIATELY! I was amazed! It was and is a temporary fix, but the effects last 2-3hrs, which is better than anything I've used in the past to stop the incessant itching. I wrap it around my ankle, fresh out of the freezer just before bed, and I don't wake up during the night scratching my ankle! Whenever the itching hits throughout the day (which is unpredictable and extremely intense) I run to the freezer for instant relief. It's been a game changer for me. I left one star off because this company really should be advertising it as an itch relieving product. Maybe change the 'eye-cover' appearance to 2 large ovals instead.

My mom has dry eyes, and eczema around the eyes, even though most doctors tell you to use a warm compress come. A nurse told us to use this for 10 minutes a day. It worked wonders the pressures off her eyes. The eczema is disappearing along with some eye drops best thing ever sometimes nurses know more than doctors. The mask is soft. You could just keep it in the freezer and 10 minutes Dave does wonders.

Product is good and works as expected. unfortunately, I ordered a packet of two and one of them has a hole on the side and the beads are keep falling off. Other than that, it works as expected. it freezes fast and stays cool for about 30 minutes which is how long I need to keep them on my eyes after surgery. I use one while the other one is in the freezer freezing. Until I receive a replacement, I taped one with the hole so the beach donβt fall on me. Hopefully the replacement will not have a defect.
