purchased this system. when we go it, found that the windows update was not correct and was producing errors when we tried to setup. i contacted the company and they said 'oh we did not update our machines for windows, just return for a refund!' interesting! my question is why is amazon allowing companies to do this to consumers? we still need a laptop, this company has lost our business, went with HP instead! ... show more

Bought the laptop for a family member in August of '23. Battery won't hold a charge in May '25. I have a different MSI that has helped it's battery's ability to charge and keep the charge since 2017 doing high performance tasks. I will replace the battery, but not happy with this. Buy from MSI direct if you can. ... show more

Calibrated the battery, but won't charge past 97%. Also, received with computer a black kind of see through mat and a metal bracket with no directions of use or even what they are. Asked the community but received no answer from others who have bought this or the company I bought it from. If anyone knows, please respond. Have 30 days to send it back, will watch the battery because this concerns me! ... show more
