The laptop was in beautiful condition. Everything was packaged nicely. Turn it on and it started with an error which I wasn't concerned because I know Windows was going to be asking for a lot of updates. The laptop wouldn't connect to WiFi. I happen to be very good with technology. By the end of the day I figured there was nothing installed for WiFi. I did go to hp and download the necessary drivers for the laptop... Laptop info says it is a desktop... That's when I gave up realizing there was a software issue I wasn't going to fix without a lot of work. I didn't but it to work on it. I returned it and ordered the exact same thing except brand new and a wireless mouse for $50 cheaper from HP. I have to wait 2 weeks but that's ok. ... show more

Out of nowhere i powered my laptop on, and no more touch screen, I even tried a clean reinstall of windows, nothing it doesn't know it has a touchscreen, as if it is a hardware problem ... show more
