Finally got the laptop. Was excited to see all the bells and whistles mentioned being there. Spent hours transfering data from the old laptop then shut it down. Unfortunately, a day later the laptop isn't going on. Reasons unknown. I thought maybe it's the battery. Connected it to the charger. The LED light is blue implying that the battery is full. Edit: had it fixed at a repair shop. It's working fine. Specs are as purchased. 32gb RAM, 2TB HDD. Working fine now. 7 months of abusing it with work and it still boots quickly ... show more

I researched for months to get the laptop I needed with the specs I wanted. The 17.3 screen is beautiful the only thing I don't like is that the keys are not backlit and the monochromatic look makes them hard to hard to see in low light. Otherwise very pleased with the performance.

Love this laptop and all its features! I don't know where I put my manual but I have figured out everything for the most part. It is so user friendly and I love that the keyboard lights up (F5) which is a very nice feature.
