Great quality laptop. Image quality of the display is amazing, keys feel very good while typing and it feels like a good quality product overall. Touchpad and Touchscreen on mine are working flawlessly. It came with windows 10, but I immediately updated to windows 11 for free with no issue. I’d recommend it and I’d buy it again. The only downside is it gets a little warm while charging and the fan runs at a noticeable noise, even when no heavy load is processed. Once the battery is charged, or you run on battery it cools down and the fan turns down too. ... show more

A few months into owning it I'm noticing some issues already. The main issues are the mousepad an the speakers. The mousepad sometime freezes and doesn't register clicks. It also has an issue where the mouse some time randomly moves or glitches. The second main issue are the speakers. Recently the speakers have a cracking and popping sound when playing something. At first i though it was an issue with the videos i was watching but when watching the same videos with headphones the audio was clear. Another main issue is the AMD chip. I would recommend that you don't get the the RYZEN 7 5700U chip as it is not as good as the other chips. ... show more

The powercord is not the same caliber as the laptop itself. It broke quickly. I replaced it with very similar item and the laptop doesn't power up well at all. Frustrating.

This trackpad and the HP Pavilion 2022 are the worst. This laptop is UNUSABLE for school as this defect is across this model. The reviews that say this laptop is a good laptop are lying to you. Sure it's fast, yes. But, if you're buying this for school. go elsewhere. The trackpad sticks down on the 2 laptops I've tested. Try taking an exam where the trackpad sticks while you're clicking on an answer choice!! You'll fail. Or you think you clicked on your choice but it randomly clicks some other answer choice.
