It's super cute, the cats were a little timid about it, but catnip helped. The top seated area is very shaky, the whole thing moves when our smaller cat (8.5 lb, 16 years old) sat there. The bigger cat (9.5lb) is a year old and she doesn't like the wobbles. Older cat adores the middle shelf round hammock. Neither cat knows what to make of the bottom hammock. They both seem to enjoy the middle part but forget them both being on the tree at the same time! They will bat at each other, but that's normal for them. I think if there was a little more room between levels, they might be able to each have a spot. The tree itself is really a nice size, not too small and not huge. I'm sure smaller kittens would love it. I would not suggest a cat any bigger than 9-10 lbs because it's not sturdy enough for that on each level or big enough for them. Assembly wasn't complicated although I had to stop and figure it out a couple times. The instructions I got, what I missed was the 2 metal plate bars on the bottom and one up higher because they weren't numbered, just had a dotted outline so you will see the shape at least. One person can put it together, it took me an hour and a half but I am slow and not always bright ha! The rope on the scratching posts gave me a bit of a problem. They are easy to hurt your hands so handle with care. Also, if you are prone to any allergies, you might want to wear a mask. I didn't see dust but something, I think the rope, bothered me. I kept itching my nose putting it together and coughed a few times. The next day I had a sore throat, don't know if it's related or not, but if you're sensitive you might have someone else put it together or wear a mask. I don't feel that the tree itself is bothering me in the house, it was just putting together and being closer. If I got another one sometime, I'd definitely forget the bottom hammock and get another like the top one if possible.

Great Cat Tree! I'm 5'3" and it's taller than me! Comes in a huge box and it's a puzzle to put together. However, the pieces are labeled well and the instructions were fairly easy for us to follow. Took us about an hour after we unwrapped it and sorted everything onto the floor to see. Once we had it together the cats loved it! We placed it by a window and mama loves to lay in the basket and the small likes to lay on the top two flats and watch the birds. They like that they can hide inside if they don't want to be bothered. Super easy to clean - we vacuum it weekly. They like the scratching posts and so far everything has held up well. Color looks just like the picture. Our cats like it so well my daughter bought the same one for her cats as well! Definitely good value for the money. It is much larger and better made than most of the one's I've seen at Petco and PetSmart and a lot less expensive. Easy to move it around when needed but it's very sturdy. I think when we unboxed it there was a slight smell but that faded away quickly. Recommend!!

I got this cat tree for my ferrets as an early christmas present, and they love it! Especially the bottom hammock. I will say that it’s definitely sturdy enough for ferrets or small cats, but I’m not sure if I would recommend for a larger cat. Also, the color of the hammocks look tan in the picture they provide, but are actually more of a pink, which I was even more happy with. It was super easy to build and super soft, so I would definitely recommend! Thank you :)

So for starters: my cat absolutely loves this tree. It has a great variety of features, both with places to play and places to rest. However, the base had a small crack in it upon arrival, but nothing that was too large or problematic - though I had a REALLY hard time finding a way to contact the manufacturer for a replacement piece without having to just return the whole thing, so I just didn't bother. Currently, I've had this tree about a month. I've concerns about its sturdiness. My cat has nearly knocked the tree over multiple times getting on/off of it - so in my opinion, base needs to be wider or heavier. Additionally, she LOVES sleeping on the top platform of the tree. Looking at it today, it's significantly worn and already has numerous holes on the filled/stuffed edges. While she's a kitten, the wear has not been intense, especially given it's only been about a month. The fabric is also not removable: it's attached. The listing does not indicate that it's removable, just something worth noting.

Our new kitten Harrison loves it. Quality made and worth the price. Very easy to assemble and is holding up quite well. If you zoom in on picture you will see Harrison sleeping in the sun at 8 weeks old. True love.

I really like this cat tree. It has just about everything a cat likes, lots of scratching area, a little room he can hide in while looking out, and lots of places to lie on. It is well designed with all the connection points pre-drilled and corresponding points in the fabric pre punched. It was simple to set up but I had to watch a video a couple of times. All the necessary hardware and wrenches are included, you don't need any tools. It is very sturdy when assembled. It stands a little over three feet tall so it's not top heavy or too big to move around. The only thing is that it wobbles because the base is edged with fabric that doesn't have a firm edge, so I had to order some rubber bumpers to lift it up and stop the wobble. No big problem though. This is a good buy, and I'd buy it again.
