Review broken up into 2 Parts: 1st p. - Learning curve 2nd p. - Review of product ——————————————— As per the attached photo (first time using this product) there is a bit of a learning curve...I read a comment or an answer to a question on here about how the tool shouldn’t be used under the eye.... Heck, might even be a warning in the directions - wouldn’t know because didn’t bother looking. Frankly, I’m stubborn and learn best by doing; I thought, “Oh, I can handle under the eye no problem”. This thing really sucks! Depending on where you use it and how much power, this’ll give you hickies like there’s no tomorrow - You’ll end up looking like you were beaten or had an allergic reaction if not careful. Kids should defintely check w parents before use - wouldn’t want CPS to come knocking (kidding, sort of). To clarify, I was using the smallest cone attachment on the highest setting and this was user error. If anything, I wish it came with an even smaller cone attachment and/or more power (I’m crazy, I know) - But don’t let that dissuade you. Plenty of power for the price, and overall is worth the five stars in my opinion. This is my first suction blackhead remover so not much to compare it to, but it makes taking care of blackheads easy and quick. Previously was only using a small acne tool to take care of individual acne, but takes a while and is not all that comfortable. Still use it on deep pores that the suction tool couldn’t quite get. This works best on shallower pores - was able to clean up my entire nose and chin with this. Battery life is surprisingly good; I’ve been using it on full power and have been impressed with how long it holds a charge. Hasn’t died during use and no noticeable power loss even after using for 15-20+ mins straight. Chose this over other brands for the basic black & white color-profile, since lime-green doesn’t quite match the bathroom... Also - best results are after a hot shower EDIT: This will work to clean up minor spots and shallow pores after a hot shower as previously stated. For long-term use, do yourself a favor and look up ‘Differin’ on amazon. You won’t be disappointed.

I was Skeptical at first, it was hard to believe that something that is talked about a lot nowadays was on Amazon for a cheaper price than other leading brands and to think it still worked. In faith, I bought it anyway because a friend said she stands by this product. I got my product on the day they said it will come in and I tried it out that afternoon. I knew that if I take a shower my pores would open up and it would be easier to vacuum out of my face without scarring but... I did the opposite :) I did that to see if it worked just as good, For those people who wouldn’t know what I knew at the time. When I tried it out, I was amazed to see that it still worked and there was no LONG LASTING effect. Now, do you have sensitive skin, so I had to go back and use one of the lower settings but I did try the higher ones and it left long red marks but they were gone once I woke up the next morning. (Don’t leave it on one spot for a long period of time, you’re asking for the red marks if you do ) It looks like I had a bunch of hickeys on my face...lol. I have had this product for about a week now and just like my friend, I stand by this product also! I recommend it to anyone, even those with sensitive skin like mine. It really does what it says it does and the only way you could find out if it’s right you is to take a risk and buy it! A few things I love about it.... ~ The overall look of the product ~ Easy to use ~ cordless (until needing to be charged) ~ Portable ~ Easy to clean ~ Has extra Filters ~ Can control the suctioning of the vacuum that fits your face ~ Can be used for sensitive skin!!

To prefix this review - I am a male who has a minimal skin care routine and have only used the wide and small oval opening attachments I bought this product to remove my stubborn blackheads. The device was easy to use and works like a charm. In order to get the best results you need to wash your face with whatever skin care products you use, however, I’d also recommend you place a washcloth that has been soaked in warm water on your face for at least 30 seconds to really open up your pores and pat dry afterwards. When using the device, slowly glide in horizontal strokes else the suction will latch onto your skin. Never stay in one spot for more than 5 seconds or you’ll risk bruising. For cleanup, I removal all of the residue that was sucked out with a q-tip soaked in rubbing alcohol. The only reason I am giving it 4/5 stars is due to it not having a pause button. In order to stop the device, you can only power it off which then resets it back to the 1st suction setting. I would have preferred such a feature since after 1 min of using it I stop to place my warm washcloth back on my nose to open my pores up.

I knew something was amiss when I opened the box and saw that the cord was no longer wrapped up. Product was clearly opened and used when I received it. Whoever returned it did not have the courtesy of cleaning the heads that they used. Absolutely disgusting. I'm sure whoever did this is the type of person that pees all over toilet seats in public and doesn't clean up after themselves. Good job. I soaked them in alcohol and scrubbed them clean before using... whereupon I discovered why the previous owner returned this hunk of junk. Even on the lowest setting, this does little more than irritate and bruise your skin. I used this after a HOT shower and the only thing I managed to do was make the skin near my nose red for a few hours. I have tons of fat sebaceous filaments on my nose and this pulled out zero of them. It seems like a pore vacuum SHOULD work, right? Wishful thinking. I cleaned the heads before returning this gimmicky device - and you should too. Seriously, don't be like those people who didn't rewind movies before returning them to Blockbuster. No one wants to be those people.
