I put this together myself with the video guide, but had to watch the video many times as well as follow the written instructions, but I’m a girl that is not used to putting things together and I got through it! A few things I did not think about or realize that might be helpful: it is not foldable and is very large! It is not one of those little mini rebounders. You really need to have the space to have this which I really don’t. With that said I love this trampoline so much that it is worth sacrificing the space. It’s just the right height to make this a full workout platform for me. I do all of my exercises on it and the stand-up bar is such a huge deal-And I use it for so much more than just balance. When I do squats, I hold it and it helps me keep my form better doing squats on the trampoline. I also lay on my back on the trampoline and put my feet on the handles to do my bridge and pelvic exercises that way, which is really effective. It is a great quality and price for what you get. I absolutely recommend this! Oh, and my daughter who is in her 20s came over and started jumping on it and had so much fun. She said it made her miss her trampoline days. If she had room in her small space, she would absolutely have one as well!

I wish that these would come assembled. I’m not sure how I will get this together w/out breaking a wrist or losing an eye. 4 stars because of the difficulty & having to hire a body builder to assemble this.

Excellent quality for the price. Handle is a little wobbly, but it is useful if you need to hold on to it. It's very bouncy, but not too much...perfect for the rebounder it is. The only problem I have with it is that it was a B to put together. I mostly put it together myself but needed a little help with lining up screw holes on the frame. Don't take shortcuts. Start the frame with the piece that has the handle tube on it, put all the angles pieces on before the straight piece. You will not be able to do it any other way. Also, it's a pain to put the bands on, but you have to do it as shown in the diagram. If you try to go around the frame, by the time you get to the end you won't be able to stretch it enough to attach the bands. Lastly, watch the video showing how to use the tool to get the bands around the frame. This was the hardest part. It took me two hours to assemble, mostly by myself. I'm looking forward to making this a part of my getting in shape before it's too late routine.

I've had my rebounder for a week & I love it! I'm 69 yo & decided it's time to cut my couch potato roots & move. I looked at a few different options deciding on this one. It arrived in 2 days, my 12 yo grandson put it together for me. He managed to decipher the poor directions & had it all together in 2 hours. The tools for the bungees were helpful once he figured out the best way to use them. After several illnesses last year & not much movement I could feel myself declining along with my balance. On my 1st day all I could do was gently bounce up & down for 2 minutes. A week later I can do a slow jog for 2 mins & enough other movements to make a 10 minute routine usually hanging on to the bar but slowly starting to be able to let go for short amounts of time. . My energy & mood have improved along with my balance. I'm ready to add a second workout later in the day. This is so much fun that I look forward to my short workout every day. This is the best thing I've done for myself in many years.

You get a workout from putting this together. Make sure there's something scratch resistant under while attaching the bungee cords or you can gouge or scratch flooring. Some of the bungee cords shifted after attaching but holding up and works well.
