This product saved my daughter 26 hours of boredom on a road trip. She happily colored and played using this little desk for most of the trip. It kept her toys contained to the tray (mostly) and she had a place to color and keep markers. We loved it from the moment it went into the car. I stuffed the side pockets with toys and snacks. The holder for the tablet is flimsy. It wasn't practical for us because the tablet wobbled around too much. It was better to just set the tablet on the desk using its normal case. During the trip, my daughter suffered food poisoning and threw up (surprise!) all over herself and this little desk. Thank God for this little desk because it helped contain the puke, which was priceless. The plastic on the tray was a godsend. Seriously though, I was able to wipe it down and actually got it reasonably clean immediately after the vomit. (A quick soak in the sink at home afterward took care of the rest.) We used the side pocket for vomit bags in case my daughter got sick again. She did. She was able to grab a bread bag and threw up in it instead of all over herself while my husband frantically pulled off the highway. They got super flimsy , not free standing and don’t fit on little laps or while kids are in the car seat . Waste of money because the food slides around the cardboard table. There is no support for the child to hold it without a big enough lap.

We all know that you know our summer vacations are coming up and road trips and just long drives are long travel plans and this product is so amazing for this I live in St. Louis and we drove all the way to Lake of the Ozarks and you know that that’s a pretty big drive my daughter had does it look like hooked around her car seat She was comfortable she played with her toys she colored and it made a pretty good throw table for eating in the car on the way there it was just really great to have it was a lifesaver she didn’t lose her toys in the car it was great ... show more

first off, it doesn’t stand like the pic demonstrates, therefore VERY misleading. it does look exactly like on pic but doesn’t really serve its “portable desk” purpose if it’s not able to stand like one on the picture. Also with all pencils and papers etc. it won’t close for “easy put-away” function. i had to remove all colors and markers and put those away separately in a zip lock bag in order for this to close and strap properly. I bought 2 for my kids because we travel allot for my daughter’s volleyball, but it wasn’t as easy as it was pictured. ... show more
