Highly recommend even if you’re afraid of it being cold. Trust me it’s worth it to feel fresh and clean all day. I live in an apartment and it was very easy to install. This model doesn’t have heating but its not really necessary. If you have access to hot water near the toilet then get the upgraded version with hot water because why not. But if you don’t, it’s totally fine and really not that cold at all. Water pressure is perfect. Quality is great as well. Easy simple sleek design. Very comfortable. Haven’t had to remove it yet so we’ll see about that.

Directions were clear and concise with help always available, via QR code, every step of the way. I had previously used a toilet attached bidet feature at a friend’s house and loved the clean feeling but hadn’t found one I was comfortable with purchasing until I found Tushy. Installation was completed quickly and without issue. It worked perfectly from the start and once you determine the spray trajectory/pressure it is second nature. Only problem now is I have to purchase another one for our daughter’s bathroom because she loves the clean feeling too! I definitely recommend Tushy if you want a clean feeling!

Four stars because it was not that easy for us to install . Toilet parts hadn’t been turned in probably twenty years and were low to floor behind tank in a small space walled in by the tub . Oh and we didn’t have a flexible connector which called for a run to a hardware store to get one. Plus , senior adults here , hard to twist, bend, reach etc. All that being said easy to use once it is installed. It feels like a mild stream from a faucet . You may have to move your body to get the right angle. It is refreshingly cool but don’t be surprised if someone in the house refuses to ever try it again because it was too cold and hit the wrong body part . There is a learning curve. I do recommend the product as it works well and provides necessary cleanliness.

I've been using this since february, 2025. Here's some important considerations. I live in New England. This connects to the cold water pipe. Well, in the winter, that water is really cold, and gets colder. Get the issue? The next is that it cleans about 90% and you have to learn how to "twerk" around to hit the "spot" and get the best results. So there are still some wiping involved. But other than that it's a good very inexpressive intro to a bidet. Install was easy. And down look down into the bowl to test it!! Bottom line: I would now spend some good money on a heated one with heated water.
