I bought these to serve pizzas that I make in my ooni. I cover them with baking paper, cut the pizzas on the pan and serve. Gives off a nice pizzeria vibe for my homemade pizzas. So far they are holding up great, very sturdy, albeit a bit scratched up. Cleaning is easy. I just hand wash and hand dry. If you are into homemade pizza I would definitely recommend to have as a part of your kit. I just needed a large amount of pizza pans to have them prepped to put on our new Ninja Woodfire Grill. Sprinkle a little cornmeal on the pan and the dough wont stick.

I bought several of these when we started making pizzas at home and having pizza parties. Warning, though. Best to put the pizza on a wire rack for a minute or two before transferring to these. If you don't, the steam will ruin your nice crispy crust.

These plates are perfect for pizza night, it’s great to use a peel to remove pizzas from the stone and then lay them on the aluminum plates. These are not dishwasher intended (my bad) as they lose their shininess and become dull. They are still functional though. Sprinkle some corn meal on the plate prior to adding your dough and the pizza will slide right off onto the stone. ... show more

We bought these to serve pizza from our Ooni pizza oven. We load pizza right from the oven to the pan and cut. Everyone gets their own personal pan. These did have stickers on them saying hand wash only. They are easy to clean so I don’t mind but just FYI. Overall we are very pleased!
