With all the positive reviews I thought it has to be great. It is! I have a newer iPad, while on it and plugged into the charger and cable that came from Apple it would stay at the battery percentage it was on while watching a movie on Netflix or a YouTube video, which is ok if laying in bed or relaxing at night on the couch because I’ll be going to bed soon and it will charge while I’m sleeping. I actually bought this for a spare as well as a cable from the same company https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XYY6Q34?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 While watching a movie tonight I plugged the iPad in and the battery percentage didn’t stay the same, in increased while I was watching the movie, in fact it went from 47% to 88% witching a movie within 10/15 minutes, I was very surprised to say the least, the hype is real folks, I’m going to buy an additional brick and cable which I added to this review. I guess the 25k positive reviews were correct! As far as longevity I can’t comment on that because it’s new, I can’t see an issue arising though, it’s a nice piece of goods folks! I've only owned this charger a short time, but it is absolutely fantastic. I use it with an Amazon basics cord and it's impressed me a few times now. My iPhone 14 pro max was down to 10% because I have a nightmare of a wireless charger. I got to work, threw this charger in the outlet and in about an hour it was almost fully charged. I used it yesterday to charge a battery pack which takes normally a few hours to charge, and it knocked it down to about 90 minutes to 2 hours....I kind of lost track, but either way, the charging time was greatly reduced. I don't know how I feel about it not having an indicator that it's on and charging. You can tell from the device that it's charging, that's obvious. However, you can't just look at it and go "yup, it's plugged in". It definitely doesn't take away from the fact that this is definitely the best charger I've owned in a long time. ... show more
