You can send us pictures of the entrance showing the door, the system and sides of the door and we will give you our recommendations for best configuration and installation.Baseplate included. The baseplate can hold the system without the need to drill holes on the floor. For customers using a Baseplate for the installation of a Detection System, be aware that the system may fall if climb on it or push with force. The company is not responsible for any damage.We recommend you to follow the instructions provided on the installation manual and contact us if you have any questions.The following factors should be taken in consideration: Align the system with the doorframe and keep a minimum distance of 18 inch from the door. After you connect the power supply, try to keep the cable flat on the floor avoiding loops on the cable. The system may get affected by LED lights, Open Neon Sings or other electronics. It is a good idea to keep these electronics away from the system. Remember that the system detects on both sides, we recommend keeping an area of 5 feet around the system with no active security tags. Most of the time the systems will work out of the box but in some cases minimum adjustments may be required…we are here to help via phone or video call.
