Good miner for beginners. Pretty simple setup. Make sure you're running 2.4 GHz wireless dedicated for this fan. Noise is low. Power usage is about 100 w. Not too bad. Overall a good minor and working towards hopefully getting a block soon.

Not my first solo miner so I planned for failures and it turned out great. Power supply that came with it was trash, but these machines are power hungry right out of the box so that’s to be expected. I had a meanwell 600w psu ready to go, highly recommend just get an upgrade if you plan to push one of these beyond stock settings. I added copper heat sinks to the front and back, set up an aux fan for the front and the radiator fan pulls thru the radiator and blows on the back of the board so with heatsinks it runs very quiet and cool. I’ve kept it pretty reasonable the first few weeks and had it up to nearly 7th/s without any heat or current issues. It had a small air bubble in the cooling lines so if I move it around while running it can catch air to the pump and gets hot fast. This is a pretty common issue, not a deal breaker for me. Works perfectly as described. Sent the correct Rev 6.1 version. ( had a different seller send a rev 5.1 instead of a 6, so sending it back. This seller is legit and you actually get what you order. I added the copper heatsinks and a 40mm fan for the ASIC chips. and swapped the radiator fan out for a silent wings pro since its rather warm where the miner is located. Would recommend ... show more
