How did I ever get along without this? It's amazing and I have never felt cleaner. And installation was easy. No learning curve on the remote, it is very self explainatory. We even had an outlet installed instead of running a long extension cord. And who can't use another outlet? We have only used this for a week but it seems to be a quality product. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Remote makes it easy to select function, water heat, seat heat. Wish I'd had this year's ago! Only criticism is the dryer fan isn't very strong.

This is a great product and company, This bidet worked as advertised however due to insufficient maintenance on my part the spray nozzle stopped working after the warrenty expired. When I contacted the manufacturer for help I was surprised how helpful they were. I was offered a choice, they could send me a replacement nozzle and a link to a utube video for free, or they would send me a shipping label and they would fix it. I requested the nozzle because I thought that would be faster. A word of warning, these things are complicated. My first attempt didn't work. They asked for photos of how I installed the nozzle and their technicians were able to guide me through the repair. The bidet works great again. Outstanding customer support, they stand behind their product!

I was a little worried about buying this bidet, because there were no reviews when I bought it. But the other Ivyel models got good reviews, so i decided to buy it and I’m glad i did! I’ve never use a bidet before, but I’ve heard good good things about it, so I gave it a try. I must say the warm seating feature is awesome! You can adjust the water/seat temperature and the nozzle position to your preference, or liking. I got this model for intensive cleaning, and it works as advertised. The only downside is that the air dryer takes a really long time to dry everything completely…but it seems like all bidets work similarly according to my friends. It’s definitely money well spent, and I would totally buy another one if I had another bathroom.

This toilet seat bidet was easy to install and works well. I only noticed a few bugaboos: 1. Even with all the power-saving features turned off, the seat still gets cold after not being sat on for several hours. This makes for cold seats in the morning. 2. Again, after not being used for several hours, the water can be cold, giving the user an unwelcome “wake up” jolt. That said, the water does reach temp within a few more seconds, so it’s not so bad. 3. The soft-closing seat and lid need to be lifted and held for a couple of seconds, otherwise they’ll close again. 4. We noticed that the seat opening was a bit smaller than the one on the conventional seat it replaced, but we got used to it after a few days. Folks with extra padding might not be comfortable though. 5. The language in the instructions that describes the power saving features is vague. It took a bit of experimentation to figure out what they meant. Installation took less than fifteen minutes. The plumbing hookup was well thought out and went together easily and without leaks. The pictorial controls for the bidet are sensible and we found the remote control easy to mount in a convenient location. The power cord was long enough to reach from the right side of the seat to the left side of the toilet where the outlet was located. Even with the issues I reported above, I’d purchase another one of these.

Don’t buy this! There are NO instructions, the mfr rep does not seem to know the product! The remote seems useless, plus it’s relationship to the side 3 buttons on the bidet is not clear. Chat says to use buttons on the remote that do not exist, such as FORWARD and BACKWARD. I DONT THINK THIS DEVICE IS READY FOR AMAZON. I have to return it, as it requires right handed only operation for the 3 buttons. I would not have bought this unit if the Amazon pics mentioned (or even showed) the right hand controls, as I have little use of my right hand.

I asked for this Bidet for my Birthday not knowing if I would even like a bidet. I LOVE IT as does my husband. I will also say that IVYEL customer service was amazing. Always available for product support ( my 1st time owning a Bidet). Customer service also sent a new remote.
