Excellent laptop to have. I fell in love with this laptop right away and it’s a great price for what you get. Pros: -Great size screen -Starts up super fast -Light weight and thin -Great for using Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom. -Plays the Sims 4 (base game and ALL expansions) on highest settings, flawlessly. -Holds a great charge if you are doing internet browsing or basic tasks on your computer. -Touchscreen works nicely. Only have used it a few times because I’m not a fan of using this for a constant touchscreen use. Just not my style, but it does work very nice. -Speakers/sound is very nice -Downloads are super fast -Easy to use and set up Cons: -Says it comes with a 125 GB of storage on it, in reality it’s more like 70 GB. I use a Toshiba 2 TB external drive (around $60 on here and works amazingly) and use it has an extension of the laptop, problem solved. -when you unplug the charger the screen dims making it hard to edit photos or do any photoshop work. -Does not play highly detailed games well, it lags. All in all, I highly recommend this laptop to almost anyone. If you are a basic gamer this works very nice, but if you are more advanced in gaming, don’t get this. If your games are very detailed or take up a lot of storage, this will not work for you. It will lag (if you’re lucky to have the space to install). But if you like Sims, Minecraft, Roblox...you’re all set. Same goes for if you do any photo editing or any digital illustration work.     • Poor Storage yet Great Quality💯
The media could not be loaded. I have used this laptop for 4 years, it gave out on me for imports & storage a while ago. I use this laptop for school mostly and for everyday use. I tried to import pictures but the USB never works and begins to shutdown if storage is full and blank screen. That rarely happens but a bit of an inconvenience when it does, but other than that it functions perfectly still, may just need to buy an external drive. Some uninstalling glitches where apps won’t go away. But the internet still works and it connects easily to Wi-Fi still. Just not a go to for storage! Recommend a higher storage laptop or an external drive. I’ve used this laptop since 2020, and still have yet to get a new one if that shows how well it still functions minus a few technical issues, that just come with upgrades and diagnostic tests and just simply turning the computer off and on. ... show more

Super light weight abs quick running software. Froze once within the first week of using but restarted and haven’t had a problem since. Love the touch screen of course just makes for quicker inputs. It was a good spend overall don’t hesitate to get one if you’re needing something worth this price.

I've had the lap top for a few weeks now and it works pretty well. I purchased it for online classes and zoom meetings. It works well. I will say the battery seems to drain quick as I will start a 3 hour class with full battery and have around 50% left by the time class ends. Otherwise its nice size, lightweight, camera is good, speakers are good, and touch screen works well. I did have to do some stuff with Windows S or whatever in order to get Google Chrome to work, but I figured it out for free and haven't had any issues. I give it a 5 star rating.     • "New" HP laptop was actually 3 years old and had a failed battery
When the laptop arrived, the battery would not charge, even after several attempts. I finally booted the laptop to BIOS so that I could bypass Windows and run a battery test directly. The test result showed a failed battery that needed to be replaced. The product ID and battery ID were provided. Next, a QR code was given that took me to the HP support page for this laptop. This page indicated that the warranty was in effect from November 11, 2020 to December 15, 2021. This was supposed to be a new laptop. The word "new" was on the packing slip three times. But evidently, the laptop is three years old, with a warranty that expired two years ago, and with a battery that was DOA. This is nothing short of fraud. HotDeals is no help and just says to return the laptop to Amazon. But I have missed the narrow window to return the laptop to Amazon because I was traveling. My next step will be to file a fraud report with the Consumer Protection Agency. ... show more

The product was easy to set up. It meets the speed i wanted. Its quite in weight. But its ok. Just set it up. But looking forward to a very durable product. I think its worth the money O paid for it.
