** Update: I was contacted by the seller who attempted to make things right. I, however, was able to fix the wallet myself. I found a small screw that I was able to use to reattach the strap into the holder and it's holding up well. I won't accept the refund because I was able to fix it and it's completely usable and is actually a cute little wristlet but I appreciate the sellers effort to make it right! This arrived yesterday at noon. I started using it immediately. It stayed in my purse at all times except for once when I stopped for dinner and today when I stopped at the store today during the noon hour. As I'm walking out, the wallet piece fell to the ground.
