The thread was a great value for the money and seems to be working okay. Been having problems with the thread slipping under the spool when it's loosened. then gets tangled and causes problems. the bottom of the spool needs to be made a little larger at the bottom so the thread doesn't fall off of it. ... show more

These are high quality threads. I put them in an embroidered CNC and only had a couple breaks in a 30K stitch out. And some of that was a machine issue, not the thread. Super bright and fun to use

I run Commercial multi needle embroidery machines. The only issue I have found with this thread is that it does not do well running over 820 stitches per minute. It starts to break from the tension of higher speeds. I have found that If I loosen the tension a little on top it will not have as many thread breaks at high speed. I tend to run it only ay 800 so I don't have thread breaks. As far as shredding. I have not had any shredding at all. I have been a machine embroiderer for 20 years and I have found that when thread shreds it is usually due to scratches in the needle plate hole, nicks on the rotary hook that you have to smooth with crocus cloth or bobbin tension too tight for the thread or the needle is overdue for replacing! Usually it is the needle being dull or sometimes a burr in the needle.. It seldom is the thread. Hope this helps anyone who wants to order this thread. My go to thread for high speed 900 to 1200 stitches per minute with no thread breaks is Metro Embroidery Thread.. too bad they do not sell it on Amazon for the prime shipping. :) ... show more
