Update: Company supplied me with new grids that are correct. Even sent me pictures to verify if I found the replacements acceptable first. Arrived quickly. I'm glad I gave them another chance. I believe there was a problem with language barrier because once they realized the issue they went above and beyond to correct the problem. Will do business again. The 5x7" was easier to attach than the one that came with my machine. I got the whole set for a third of what I paid for one hoop for my SE400. Seem to be well made. Came with sample stabilizer and a blue rubber holder to keep the hoops together. I've not used yet. Will update if I have any problems.

I’ve been looking for a smaller hoop for my combo machine NS2750d so that I don’t have to use more stabilizer on a smaller project. I couldn’t find any that would fit my machine and then THESE came out! It even came with a smaller hoop which is perfect for a monogramming. These don’t feel cheap, they seem just as sturdy as the ones that came with my machine. (I put a picture of their hoop on the left and the hoop that came with my machine on the right.) -Came with grids for each hoop - snapped in my machine well I am SUPER happy I got these & am looking forward to doing some smaller embroidery projects (or prepping another bigger project with my bigger hoops) :)

These are great quality hoops, but there is a learning curve; as with most things for embroidery. The weight of them is nice, but regardless of the smallest size it still felt difficult to use for baby items. 4 stars as they are somewhat easy to use, but can be difficult to work with.

Love these hoops especially the 5x12. I have used this more than the standard hoop that comes with the machine, worth the money! Great quality and fits perfect on my Brother PE900.
