Update: Company supplied me with new grids that are correct. Even sent me pictures to verify if I found the replacements acceptable first. Arrived quickly. I'm glad I gave them another chance. I believe there was a problem with language barrier because once they realized the issue they went above and beyond to correct the problem. Will do business again. Update: Company requested order number. Supplied. Company requested pictures. Supplied detailed pictures. Company giving me the run around and haven't replaced grids. They ran out date of return. Update: All the grids supplied except one is off-centered. The other one won't fit at all. Have sent message to company. Awaiting response. Great price. Fits onto my PE800 perfectly. The 5x7" was easier to attach than the one that came with my machine. I got the whole set for a third of what I paid for one hoop for my SE400. Seem to be well made. Came with sample stabilizer and a blue rubber holder to keep the hoops together. I've not used yet. Will update if I have any problems.
