I Returned them in a week! Don't waste your money,... The second purchase was a total and utter failure and I left a very bad review expressing my utter disappointment. # # # # # HERE IS MY NEW REVIEW AFTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT CORRECTED THE ISSUE AND CONTACTED ME: This company actually read my complaint, and contacted me about their product. The service manager went "above and beyond" the role of customer support to contact me, and explain the problems created by changing manufacturers the first time, and that were trying to correct the situation. They told me they had switched manufacturers and thus received bad products. They explained that they now got a new manufacturer and asked me to please try the new product again and see if I would reconsider my negative opinion of their product. They politely asked if they could send me another set of the NEWER, improved headsets for my review. They were truly concerned with my ultimate satisfaction! It is RARE to find this kind of service in today's markets. And, to be honest, none of the other brands I've tried since were anywhere near as good as the original version of these ones! So anyway, I agreed to give them another chance. Well, I've had the new units for about a week now, and I have had a chance to use the "new" models extensively, and I am pleased to say these units work SO much better than the last ones did. They are as good as the original purchase was! They have outstanding sound quality from the microphone, noise cancellation, volume control and clarity, and functionality. I especially like being able to double-tap the "main" call answer button to initiate the "redial" feature. Oh, and the battery lasts for DAYS with constant use, and charges very quickly. These units are every bit as good as the original, first set that we loved so much. My satisfaction with their service and the quality and function of the new product has been fulfilled quite nicely! I really like the New Bee earpiece I recently bought. The price was great—especially for two earpieces! I have a tendency to misplace earpieces so this will work great for me. Update: the company reached out to me and sent me a new set. This set works MUCH better and no static or issues with others hearing me. When I listen to music or YouTube these work decent. When I make a call or join a zoom meeting the sound is terrible and there is a lot of static as the other person talks. Battery life is good. ... show more

I have been using Jabra for years as my Bluetooth. I actually had 3. When I lost one last month, and needed a replacement asap, I turned to Amazon. On December 5, 2022 I chose New Bee because it offered 2 earpieces for $20, less than what I pay for 1 Jabra. Plus, for the price, if it was a dud I would be okay. Was I surprised. It was super easy to connect to my Galaxy Note 9. It came with two cases, two charges, two sets of ear hooks and two sets of ear tips. Just know, it was 2 of everything! The ear hook is silicone, the first time I've had one, and it is very comfortable. I have small ears so most ear tips don't fit. Not the issue with New Bee. I charged both earpieces and started the test. Just know, I'm always on the phone, I mean all day. When I left home, after about 4 hours of use, I took both with me. I never got a low battery notice, even after an additional 6-7 hours of use. So on day two, I tried again, all day from 7 am to 10:30 pm, no low battery notice. The sound, both ways is extremely clear. I'm always on the phone with my daughter and she will always tell me issues with my earpieces. It's clear, no issues at all so far. I will have to say the noise cancelation is not that great, per my daughter. Better than my Jabar, but not great. Just know, I really don't care about that feature that much. I don't like putting my phone to my face lol. So, overall I'm extremely satisfied! I will give an update later, as long as I don't loose them. ... show more

I now have 6 of these, keep 2 in my summer home, 2 in my winter home, and the others in a couple of my cars. At about $15 each why not? The holder which rap around the ear are easy to form using a lighter or match… perfect fit! The sound is pretty good and each one comes with an additional ear piece for your other ear providing great isolation. Sound quality better than expected for the price and these run for hours & hours on a charge. So far ( some I’ve had for over a year) no failures. ... show more
