Choice of two behind ear loops, and two styles of ear-canal tips (ducted-open and earbud-like), so a little selection and assembly is required. Since I use this for while driving and want to hear ambient sounds as well, I switched from the ear canal filling earbud-tip to the ducted port style style ear canal piece. I've only set up and used one of the 2 devices so far. It arrived mostly charged, has a USB-C charging port, and took under an hour to reach full charge. I lastly charged it 5 days ago and after 2 hours use 4 days later still reported to the phone 100%. Pairing with my Android phone was simple. The hardest part was determining which of the 4 devices the phone saw was the earpiece. That would be easy if one opens the phone's pairing side first and then turns on the earpiece and puts it in pairing mode, looking to see what joins the list on the phone. ... show more

I purchased these in February of 2023. I don't write too many reviews, even though I rely heavily on reviews before I purchase anything, but these little guys truly deserve one. To begin with I have to say that the battery life of these ear pieces is AMAZING! I get about 6-7 days or use out of each one, and that's with heavy daily usage. The quality of the sound is really good and the microphone is really good too. I regularly ask people how I sound on the other end of a call and I have never been told anything negative about how I sound to them. And the fact that you get two of these is awesome. One is always ready to go when one does finally go dead, and it's stored in a really nice protective case. And you get two cases as well. The date today is May 25, 2024. Two days ago I got into our 22' above ground swimming pool, and because these buds fit so well and are so comfortable that i forget I'm actually wearing them, I swam around and actually submerged my head at least 3 or 4 times before realizing that I had it on. I called myself a few choice names that I won't repeat at this time, because I really love these things and i know how good they really are. I took the ear bud off and put it aside to deal with later. When I finely went back inside, I shook it out to remove a few remaining drops of water out of it then hung it up in front of a box fan that I keep by my bed, overnight to try to dry it out and "save it" even though I thought it was all for nothing, because we all know what water will usually do to electronics. I let it sit all that first night and all yesterday. I recharged the battery last night, because it wouldn't turn on at all, and just now, Saturday morning, I turned it on and it started up and it connected to my phone automatically like it had always done before. I'm actually listening to music on it as I'm writing this review, and it still sounds great like it always has. Take a bow New Bee designers. You have a customer for life. Thank you. ... show more

It is okay for the price. I’d say it works decently, but doesn’t have the greatest sound quality. It’s also very easy to accidentally press buttons I don’t mean to press (which makes me hang up on people). And on someone small (like me), this device sticks out pretty far from the ear such that it doesn’t end up seated in place all that well. So it sort of tilts and pulls a bit against the over-ear piece, which sometimes makes that over -ear piece fall off. It’s very annoying. Overall, this device is usable and works ok if you are looking for something cheap and basic. But I don’t think I would buy another one. ... show more

I was really blown away by these right out of the box. First thing I noticed was the fit. These came with 2 different over ear pieces and when I put it on right away I felt a perfect fit. The inner ear piece for snugly in my ear but not uncomfortably. I wore this ear piece all day long with zero discomfort. I had to actually turn my volume down on both calls and music because it was so loud. I called my husband and he said the call quality was fantastic and I had to agree when he called me back on his. The battery life is clearly exceptional because I haven't had to charge them yet after 2 days of listening to music at work. Range also appears to be great. They don't disconnect when I leave my office to go to the restroom about 30 yards away. 10/10 would buy these again. ... show more
