The media could not be loaded. The ipad is great it came with a screen protector. I bought it “used like new” and the only fault i can find is the smallest little scuff mark at the bottom and that’s barely noticeable. However the problems i have are that the ipad came dead and the charger that came in the box stopped working after my ipad got to 100%. It was also really hard to put in and pull out, I had to use a fair amount of strength to pull the charger out of the ipad . So i would definitely recommend buying a new charger when buying this. ... show more

    • Certified Refurbished Means Nothing
We purchased this iPad on 7/1 and it was delivered by 7/3 of this year. We bought it because it stated that it was a guaranteed amazon certified refurbished. This also came with a 90 day guarantee. I used it everyday with little to no issues during this time period. However, shortly after the 90 days passed the problems began. The iPad started to power cycle randomly. It didn't matter what the battery charge was at or if it was even plugged in. I admit I should've called this sooner, but until it stopped charging I wasn't thinking much of it. It worked "enough" of the time that I could still get things done. After it stopped charging I immediately scheduled an appointment at Apple to see if it could be fixed. I was past the 90 days, and was hoping it was something easy. Nope! Apple ran the serial numbers and it turns out that this iPad had been returned to them a year ago for the EXACT same issue. They said it was a hardware problem that was unrepairable and the iPad would need to be scrapped and replaced. They also said that there was no evidence or record that any work had actually been done on the iPad. The employee at Apple even stated that it seemed scammy and fishy that this was even sold to me. I immediately contacted the seller's customer service, it was incredibly difficult to actually get a hold of a representative. I'm not sure if Amazon is the cause of the difficulty or the seller's. I will say, they responded quickly once we were able to figure out how to start the chat, but they were minimally responsive, and simply said that since this product made it past 90 days, there was nothing that could be done. We have not been able to get them to answer or even work with us since then. This review should be a warning to buyers. I would not purchase anything that says "refurbished" from this seller. It's also frustrating that this somehow got Amazon's certification on it as the issue was apparently never fixed. ... show more

I am always hesitant to buy a refurbished item but this one did not disappoint. Why did you pick this product vs others?: My daughter is heading to college soon and needed a new iPad. She loves green everything. I knew when I saw this color iPad that it was the one. I looked to see if I could find one brand new but I couldn’t so I took the chance on this one. It was in perfect condition. Nothing is wrong with it and everything works perfect. I purchased this use. The color was exactly as portrayed. It was good value for my money as it was discounted for being used. I will say that something was wrong with the accessibility mode, meaning it would randomly turn on and read every button out loud it stopped doing it after 5 or 6 months. The brightness is fine but it did come with a crack near the power button. It also came with a 3 month warranty, I would have had it exchanged but the crack didn’t affect what I needed to do on there. Mind you I’m a student so I spend 6+ hours on the iPad during a light day. The battery does die pretty fast but I don’t know if it’s because of my frequent use of it. ... show more

I wanted to wait to write this until I could get a feel for battery life because some reviews had me worried it would be draining fast and whatnot, but after almost two weeks I can confidently say that it’s absolutely fine. I draw for a couple hours at a time and it goes down around a normal amount; it is a bit slow charging though (I assume it’s because of the off brand charger they supply you with, I haven’t bought a genuine Apple charger for it yet, but even with the slow charge that’s fine. Just let it fully charge at night and it’ll last you through the day :)) It arrived bubble wrapped well in a box and I got excellent condition and that’s exactly how it came. No dents, scratches, or anything, they even supply you with a screen saver already on it. All in all I am happy with my purchase, I didn’t want to spend the money for a brand new one lol. ... show more
