Bought this super nice Amazon Fire HD 8 tablet for my grandson's 7th birthday. His old tablet was cracked and very much out of date. Perfect for him (7 years old) and since he's already very familiar with Fire tablets he got right into using it like a pro! We got these for our kids for christmas. Got one of them set up, no issues. The other one wasnt working right. After a call to customer service and nearly an hour later, we realize its not properly connecting to the internet. We troubleshoot and try all the different things and we realize its a tablet problem, not an internet issue (which I knew because everything else is connected to my wifi no issue) Amazon did send me a brand new replacement and I had no issues with setup.

This is an amazing tablet. I love how most games need NO WIFI so if your on a plane with your kid, they can be entertained the whole ride. The battery lasts a LONG time and the case is super protective but not bulky.
