This alternator shipped fast. It came packaged completely sealed in foam. It is a brand new alternator. Came with the QC test report when it was manufactured and tested. Fit up was perfect. The only difference I could find was the threaded wire connection was 10 mil. instead of the original 13 mil. Bolted up perfectly in my 2005 Town and country. The wire harness connection was the same. I have to say it really is a quality build at first impression. Started it up and it was completely silent. Not a sound, squeal, or chirp. I will keep you updated if anything happens as it is used. I bought this alternator as a replacement for DENSO 0486 431A (42400-0225) which failed in my Chrysler Town And Country 2007 van. It was a great deal. It is working fine, no issues installing the unit and I'm happy with it.
