I purchased this bottle brand new from this seller. I asked ahead if it was certified and could be filled anywhere. IT CANNOT BE FILLED ANYWHERE! All reputable companies refuse to fill it due to all certification numbers missing from the bottle. It has NO CERTIFICATIONS. DO NOT BUY THESE BOTTLES if you want any licensed company to fill them! It has no maximum pressure certification stamp! I was told by "Airgas" they could not even exchange it and risk it circulating in their inventory because if someone tried to fill it without a maximum pressure certification it could explode and kill someone. It has numbers stamped on it, but none of the right ones to certify safety or max pressure certification.
