Choke cable had to be rerouted to other side of engine compartment on my 1961 Econoline pickup with 144 cu inch engine.

I'm an older seasoned automotive technician, I'm reviewing this product based on my many years of experience in the field using high quality parts, supplies, and tools. This replacement carburetor resembles an early style Holley with a manual choke. No instructions on how to setup and adjust the carburetor, no warnings or cautions came with the carburetor, so that is not good at all for the novice user or DIY'er. The carburetor didn't come with any fuel filter which isn't good. I question the overall quality of this unit, and will update my review once we have more time on the unit. Price point is considered somewhat high for this item. ... show more
