We just got this cover on May 23 (today is June 3) and it hasn't rained yet - so we don't know if it's water resistant. It likely is, judging by the material used. It has a black side and a silver reflective side - with the picture showing to put the black side facing out. We figured the 'reflective' side faces out, as to keep it cooler. It has long straps that go underneath to secure the cover to the vehicle, with locking snaps. It looks well made using heavy duty fabric and no fraying seams. I do sew, so I inspect for those kinds of things. The size is perfect for our Cub Cadet, and even covers the tires. Wonderful price point. We researched and read about LOTS of other covers and selected this one over all the others!!!!!

I bought this not knowing how well it would work as in keeping the side by side dry. A lot of covers say they do but still let water soak through. This one works well and once you figure it out is easy to get on and off. It is good quality too. If there is anything it could use better I would have to say it could be reinforced where it covers the top. With a lot of wind it will wear a hole through where it rubs the roof.

I keep my 4 wheelers under a structure so I don't get much sun or weather on this cover. It fits and has the straps so a high wind has trouble getting under it.

I purchased for my Polaris 570 four seater. This cover swallows my UTV. I believe this cover would fit a four door pickup truck, with room to spare. Never seen nothing like a cover for a UTV this big. The cover it self is fine. Just way over sized.
