Here are a few reasons why I recommend this product: Smooth Plastic Connection: The part of the handle where the resistance band connects is made of smooth plastic. This design ensures that the bands are not damaged during use, which is a significant advantage over other handles that might cause wear and tear on the bands. Comfortable Grip: The handles come with extra padding, providing a nice, comfortable grip. This padding makes it easier to hold onto the handles during intense workouts, reducing hand fatigue and improving overall comfort. Durable Construction: The handles are made of a very durable nylon material. This durability is particularly beneficial when using resistance bands, as it ensures the handles can withstand the tension and pressure without breaking or wearing out quickly. However, there is a minor drawback to consider. The handles are designed at a 90-degree angle, which causes a slight angling when performing exercises. These FURBBION brand neutral-grip handle attachments do add a dimension to pullup routines that I think is useful, for other things such as lifting barbells I feel my grip is much less secure. For things such as resistance bands, the handles with the webbing that runs through the cylinder core work better for me.

I got these to provide an alternative grip for pull-ups, and they are great for this purpose. The plastic is thick and strong, and the hook portion fits nicely over different types of workout equipment. The foam hand grip is very comfortable to hold. I understand they can also be used to provide an alternative grip with hand weights, barbells, etc which is something I have not tried. But at least for my intended use these handles are exactly what I was looking for and I will use them often!

These neutral grip handles are not bad for the price. They have comfortable grip and are strong plastic material. My only gripe is the hooks lack a rubber coating or some sort of grip material. You want to have some extra room inside the hook in case you use these with thicker pull up bars but without any grip coating they can be a little unsteady when you grab hold and start your first rep of if you don't have very steady reps. This can be solved with rubber coating, some duct tape, etc, use your imagination. If it weren't for that one detail these would easily be 5 stars.

I got these handles to add to my pull up bar to change the options for gripping it. The handles that you grab onto are cushioned and comfortable to hold, giving the callouses on my hands a well deserved break. The only thing I didn't take into account was the hooks that actually hold the bar. They are simple plastic and slippery. They slide along the bar when in use but I solved that with wrapping some tape around the bar to keep them from sliding so much. They state that they will hold up to 800 lbs but I definitely would not trust that weight. I weigh 130 and could feel a little bit of give when I was using them for pull ups. Overall, they do a nice job of changing up grips to a standard bar but needed some modifications to work well.
