The coffee's taste is consistently true to the roast. I use Nespresso Vertuo Capsules at every dinner party when I know I have coffee-loving guests. The roasted coffees and espresso capsules are the perfect end-of-dinner beverage. And subjectively, the caffeine "kick" feels stronger for the ride home for our friends.

Take a used double shot pod, cut out the circular "bar code". You'll have a metallic strip in the shape of a circle. Make sure it can fit over this pod (7.7oz) and fully cover its original bar code. Now you got the machine to process this pod (and any other pod) as a double shot espresso. This pod ran as a double shot is the best damn espresso I have ever had. Even rivals Starbucks to be honest. Only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because of the price. $1.50 a pod is definitely excessive. I think $0.70-$1.00 would be more reasonable and this specific pod being a $1.00 since it has the most coffee inside it would be hard for anyone else to compete with.
